Spring is Coming

While driving though the Village I came upon this wonderful bed of daffodils, and I had to stop and get a quick picture.   I know Wordsworth says it better :

"I wandered lonely as a cloud
That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of golden daffodils;
Besides the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze."

I love Spring is coming. And the flowers dancing in the wind are lovely.

Yes they are a wonderful sight. Mine are not out yet, they need a bit of warm sunshine. Maybe next week.

That's one of my favourite poems. I remember learning it at school, one of the very few I can still remember.

Frank, I love your pictures. What a difference a week makes in our weather. Just think what people who live in the same climate all year miss. We never know from one day to the next this time of year. Don't forget to set your clocks ahead tonight.

If I were a flower, I'd want to be a daffodil. I don't have any in my garden this year, and I feel deprived.
