The above couple turn their Westminster Village home in to a Halloween extravaganza. It looks a lot like Christmas; only Halloween. Have you ever seen a tree with black foliage? I think the tree is the center of it all. Decorated with ornaments galore, many handmade by Sissy, this tree is an outstanding example of how to decorate for Halloween.
